Google’s helped you, but for those who are understandably reluctant to google it under whatever circumstances, she is a pornographic model who bears a positively striking resemblance to Amanda Bynes. (To the point that the first time I saw a picture of her, I thought someone had done a (remarkably good) fake pic of Bynes.)
Now that’s not fair. She’s not a slut, she’s just doing a kinda sleazy cover shoot. Nothing wrong with that, and I’d do her too, provided she wasn’t as chirpy and immature and insecure as she sounds in that interview (and I somehow doubt she’s a big Maxim fan).

Amanda Bynes was the ubiqituous Nickelodeon kid (today I think it’s iCarly) from the late 90s/early 2000s who has now started to move on to more young adult roles in TV and movies.
Basically, if you’re beyond 30 (and don’t have kids of your own), you shouldn’t know who she is. And if you’re beyond 20 and never watched Nickelodeon you’ll have no idea who she is either.
She’s actually pretty funny and was fairly well known for looking like she was in her mid 20s when she was 14. Now that she’s actually in her mid 20s, she looks exactly the same just her breasts are bigger (which is I believe the point of the video in the OP).
Yes. She was on the Nickelodeon skit show All That, and was so good she got her own sketch comedy series called The Amanda Show. She then moved on to a sitcom (What I Like About You) that was fairly popular amongst the preteen/teen set. After that, I lost track of her.

Its gotta be a sado-push up. My only frame of reference is Sydney White, which was shown on HBO approximately 3,000 times last fall, so that means I probably watched it … maybe 2,999 times (repeatedly watching bad movies on HBO is a weakness of mine; I’ve also seen Legally Blonde about the same number of times and NO, I’m not gay! … not that there’s anything wrong with that).
