I think I’ve only created the thread a handful of times, when it was episode time and no one else had started one already. I only saw episode 2 last night. That’ll probably be the pattern for the rest of the season; I’m curling on Sunday evenings.
I was hoping for something a little more nautical on board the ship; climbing the rigging or coiling ropes, I would kill at a task like that.
I’m kinda wondering how they got the clues into the big rocks of salt.
As for Nicole’s trouble on the bicycle, could altitude have been a factor? The leg started at sea level, but I couldn’t tell how far up into the mountains they drove to get to that salt mine. A lot of the Atacama is at seriously high altitude. And it seemed like she might have been shifting wrong, going up a gear to make it easier, instead of down.
Yes, but even before that he was trying to explain how to shift and she seemed to have it backwards. I think she was making it harder for herself, rather than easier.
Anyway, that was one of the funniest and most humiliating challenges yet. I’m really surprised no on chose – or switched to – building a chandelier.
Another unusual thing this season: They started out with five M/M pairings, and four of them were among the first five teams out.

It’s been Hell Week at work Anyway, I completely missed the first half – I woke up to someone trying to warble with the Vienna Boys Choir (I don’t remember who), and I was like, “OMG, I’ve probably missed most of it!” Then I fell back asleep and missed who was eliminated.
I don’t know if I should start a separate thread now…
Pinky and NoBrain stealing J’Amy’s taxi wasn’t just rude, it was stupid. They gained nothing by doing it. All they did was paint an ever bigger target on their back. Pinky is mean for meanness sake, no redeeming qualities.
