2004 - Boo Boo Foo advocates on behalf of disabled people when he sees a non-disabled driver blocking access to disabled parking spaces.
2015 - Boo Boo Foo mocks wheelchair-bound man over the recent breakdown of his relationship, accuses him of exploiting his girlfriend for round the clock care and ridicules him that she could do better than a guy in a wheelchair.
What happened in between?
