American city with most cloudy days?

Pretty simple factual question. I’m trying to find a ranking of American cities by number of cloudy/partly cloudy/clear days out of the year and I am not getting anything with google. Anyone know which city(/ies) have the most overcast days?

This site ranks:

COLD BAY,AK 10 (days)
MAJURO,MARSHALL IS,PC 8
YAP,W CAROLINE IS.,PC 5
KOROR,PC 4
POHNPEI,CAROLINE IS.,PC 2
CHUUK,E.CAROLINE IS.,PC 0

as the cloudiest and Yuma the sunniest.

I have no idea where “PC” is so I included the ranking up to Cold Bay.

Duh… in the Pacific.

If it’s accurate then Cold Bay, Alaska - Yuma, Arizona is the width of your scale.

I once saw a list of the cloudiest major US cities. I was/had lived in 3 of the top 4.

Now I live in a place that’s only around the top 1/3 cloudiest. It’s a freaking sunshine festival as far as I’m concerned.
