"American Idol" fans -- gimme some names

I’m editing a logic problem where the story is about six people competing in an American Idol-type show, with two judges, a nice female judge (who I’m going to call “Simone”) and a nasty male judge (who I’m going to call “Paul”).

I need three male first names and three female first names. Should I just do Clay, Bo, Justin for the males? If so, what would be the three female names? Or is there some kind of inside joke I can make here?

TIA.

for the girls
Kelly
Paris
Shaniqua

Don’t forget Ruben! I’d probably do Clay, Ruben, and Bo for the guys. Girls … let’s see … I’m guessing you’re looking for recognizable names here. Fantasia would be good, as would Kelly. Other girls who have been on the show: Diana, Jasmine, Nikki, Kimberley, Carrie, Trenyce, LaToya. Hmmm, I seem to have run out. I’ll come back if I think of more.

oo! oo! oo! - Use William Hung!

One of the things the solver will have to do is match first and last names – so I can’t use any real first-name-last-name combo.

Are there some good last names I should use? These may or may not match the first names I use.

I would make up some names - Make them sound like the kids made up their names so as to sound cool. Besides, don’t a lot of Idol contestants go by only one name? Grab 6 Hollywood celebrity names at random, and mix and match the last names - modify the first names to swap gender
