Women skin follicles have the weakest tolerance to testosterone, Some Europeans skin follicles have the weak tolerance to testosterone, while Asians’ and Africans’ have strongest tolerance towards testosterone.
Hence women will be hairy and grow beard despite her testosterone level is up just a little, Europeans are hairy, and Asians and blacks are less hairy.
It SAID TO BE, no concrete proof.
I think people tend to believe blacks have higher testosterone due to their observation that they are muscular, and good at sports.
But at least people should agree that the blacks dont have low testosterone.
