I am a Viking fan…and so seldom cheer for the Pack.
However, Vikes are nowhere near the playoffs and so I would much rather the Packers be in the Super Bowl over some East Coast or California team.
So, I turned into the game to cheer on the Pack. I not only was going to watch the game but actively CHEER for the Packers to win.
Because I did this, the Packers played like the Vikings. It was surreal…it was JUST like watching the Vikings play. They way I figure it, because I did this, the Packers lost.
I’m a Vikings fan and cheered like crazy for the Giants, and loved yesterday’s game. The Fox 6 Blitz postgame show is much more fun after a game like that.
So far I’ve gone for Atlanta, New Orleans, Green Bay, Houston and Pittsburgh.
Keeping that in mind, I am offering my cheers this weekend to the highest bidder. Want the Giants to win? Pay me to cheer for the Niners. Want the Pats to win? Pay me to cheer for the Ravens!
Speaking as a Giants fan… I’m sure glad the Broncos are out of the playoffs. Because that means, IF the Giants beat the 49ers, I’ll actually get to see some highlights of THEIR game!
Because I saw NO footage of the Giants’ win over the Falcons, and very little of the Giants’ win over the Pack. Every media outlet was too busy showing us Tim Tebow winning against Pittsburgh and Tim Tebow losing in New England.
I actually LIKE Tebow, but couldn’t help wondering… couldn’t you give a LITTLE time to one of the other teams???
Sheesh… where’s that “New York Media Bias” when I NEED it?
