And I thought the ballet was a bad field trip

Just had to post this to go along with the bizarre news trend we’ve had lately.

And kids in the US actually complain about having their “rights” violated. This is awful!

What sort of sick bastard would take school kids on a field trip like that. I think they would have preferred to do school work. It makes you think though about how lucky we are.

At least Principal Smithers didn’t take them to the box factory again.

That is absolutely horrible. There are some days I am really glad I grew up where I did.

I would love to once, just once arrest someone for “Hooliganism”. Damn, that just sounds funny to me.

But what the hell was this teacher thinking?!? What was going through her mind letting people steal from and beat up her students? Was this her plan all along? Or did it just happen to get out of control? This is amazing.
And the raid on that village. The Kiwanis Club at my high school never took over a small village, though we would have liked to try. I just cannot believe these things happen. I can believe that there are places where children are imprisoned and beaten in war-torn or anarchal countries. But for the sake of education? On a field trip? This just boggles the hell out of me!

Smithers is the sycophantic sidekick of Mr. Burns.

Anyway…my only reaction to this article is WTF?! What the hell was their teacher thinking, and WHY was he/she thinking it?

Times like this I just have to say, God I love America.
