Why is it that the hotter they are, the worse they smell?
THis seems to be a direct linear function; perhaps even a logarithmic function. But with no way of measuring the ‘disgust’ response of others (your own stuff NEVER smells :dubious: ), only a linear function can be known.
The hotter they are, the worse the fart smells.
