Andy Griffith show quiz.

I had to guess at a couple. But still got 10 out of 10. Mostly from dumb luck. Fortunately for me they were all early season questions. I’ve seen all the b&w episodes dozens of times. I never liked the episodes in color. Barney was gone and the show wasn’t the same.

I only got 7. I didn’t actually know any of the answers, except what the show was a spin-off from, so I just had to try to figger it out.
Roddy

I got 9. Heck, I still watch the show once in awhile.

I got a chuckle when I saw that the quiz was from the AARP.

7 out of 10 - I expected a perfect score, so I am humbled.

I got a 9, but the one I missed was about a color episode, so I don’t feel bad.

I did have to take an educated guess on how Don Knotts ended up on the show, but got it right.

Golly. you people must has watched that show a lot.

10 of 10. I have the B&W episodes (first five seasons) on DVD.

damn skippy!

Got 8 out of 10. Missed the Floyd the Barbershop question (which, in my defense, is not actually a question about ‘The Andy Griffith Show’). Also missed the one about Otis’ sobriety test.

Question: After taking the quiz, how many of you guys have “City on the edge of forever” queued up on Netflix?

No, but I pointed out Floyd’s barber shop to my wife when we saw that episode recently.

Also pointed out in “Miri” that the town was Mayberry.

7 out of 10. I thought I would do better because I have seen every episode a number of times. It was the non episode-specific questions that threw me.

I need a Brady Bunch quiz to redeem myself.

6/10

Not bad considering I haven’t seen an episode in 45 years.

You can see Kirk and Edith in front of Floyd’s shop here Mayberry in Star Trek

9/10, only missed the one about another show and Floyd’s.

Not bad for a guy in his early 30’s. I grew up watching reruns of shows like this, still love 'em.

I’m claiming 8 points. I missed three, but I knew that Jack Nicholson appeared in 2 episodes of Andy Griffith, so I’m taking extra credit.
