I already looked at the list of adaptations and sequels at wiki and none seem to fit, especially not Happily Ever After.
All I can specifically remember is that it seemed far more serious and realistic than the Disney version.

Are you sure it isn’t Happily Ever After? The poster looks a lot brighter than the actual movie is.
The plot outline doesn’t sound familiar honestly like the bat minion.
Are you thinking of the TV show The Charmings?
No it was definitely animated.
Sure it’s 1980s? In 1994, Sony released Snow White under their Enchanted Tales label – not a sequel (and a godawful knockoff), but possibly overlooked.
I really think Happily Ever After is more likely, though; things we think we remember from 20 - 30 years ago are not always as we think.
I remember seeing a film (well part of it) where Snow White, or perhaps it was her daughter had a similar adventure as the original story, but instead of 7 dwarves, she met 7 giants.
Can’t remember what it was called.
Snow White 2: This Time It’s Personal!
Snow White 2: The Revenge
Snow White 2: Electric Boogaloo
I’m gonna vote for “Happily Ever After.”
“Bat Minion”?
Could you mean Anastasia?
That was not Snow White, nor Disney, but she was a Princess, & had a bat minion.

Reply if I got it right, please.
Obviously not. The OP is referring to Batso from “Happily Ever After,” whom he does not remember from his mystery movie.
This one?
