Water. There is no problems, no amount of stress that can’t be handled by enough warm water. Tea, hot showers, hot tubs, or boiling the offending human being.

Oh man, I am so with you here (notice I listed MSNBC as one of my addictions). It’s gotten so bad that I really dread the thought of falling asleep or going to work because I just know I’m going to miss something. It’s awful!
