Annoying bosses: How do you get them to go home?

Ok, so I’m sitting here in a 24 hour helpdesk, got a splitting headache, working another 4 hours till I can go home. My boss, who has a voice more annoying than finger nails scratching a chalkboard is waffling on a personal call, has been for over an hour, and she should have gone home 3 hours ago.
I’m new here and don’t want to lose y job, but SHE HAS TO GO!!!

Ok, probably not the right place to put this, but how do you get them to go home?
