Tonight is another in a series of beer/food events at my favorite watering hole. Again all the beers are from one brewery and a rep from that brewery (Hop Farm) will be on hand to discuss their offerings. Chef Brian Volmrich also will discuss each course and why he paired it.
$45 a head. The beer is pretty much all you can drink, although realistically we all sit around for an hour or so or else have designated drivers to haul us home.
They also have a Top Shelf Thursday once a month. For $17 you sample ten different high end beers, picked to conform to a theme.
