Opened up a game I play on my tablet.
I don’t pay for this. It’s a freebie.
On the game you can get rewards and bonuses for watching a couple 30 sec. ads.
I usually am ok with it.

Recently I was watching one, sound off.
Adorable white doggy playing with a cute little toddler.
I like to watch feely good things, now and then.
I clicked to see if there’s more of the vid.

It was a f***ing robot dog.

Is that really a thing that works like the video showed?
AI?
Scam?

I didn’t watch long enough to see how much $$$ it would take to get one(not that I would).

Have ya’ll seen these?

My online newspaper had an ad for this today at the bottom of the webpage after all the articles. It looked way too realistic to be legit.

But it don’t piddle on the floor and its food bill is cheap.

And there were robot bunnies for Easter.

I’ve been getting those ads too. That is NOT a robot in the video. It’s a real dog.

I paid much less for my Squeakee.

I had a Slinky dog( like on toy story) pull toy, as a kid.
He was un-robotic. In fact he was tangled in 3 days

I didn’t care I pulled it along. Barking(me, not toy dog).

That first one is similiar to what I’ve seen.
