Another "name that movie" thread: Drug bust gone wrong.

A thread over in GQ sparked my memory of a movie where the cops raided the wrong house - the house was on a street instead of an avenue, or the number was 1334 instead of 1344, or something like that. The cops tore up the house, half-drowned the father (in the toilet, IIRC), and found his daughter’s insulin syringes which they considered proof-positive that it was the right place. I think someone in the family ended up dead during the raid. That’s all I remember.

Any ideas?
