RS1: Truth is, I thought it mattered. I thought that Music mattered – but does it, bollocks. Not compared to how people mattered.
and an easy one, semi-live:
RS2: We’re so glad to see so many of you lovely people here tonight, and we would especially like to welcome all the representatives of Illinois’ law enforcement community…
MsBoods: “Party Line,” The Kinks
And one of my own:
TB1: “Hey you! Don’t watch that, watch this! This is the heavy heavy monster sound, the nuttiest sound around! …”
SP1: “Come on everybody, clap your hands. [Sound of a few people halfheartedly applauding.] Ooh, you’re looking good. Are you having a good time? I sure am…”
I’ll stop there. It should be enough to identify the song.
I don’t think anyone has tried JB12 yet–“Mother Earth” by Eric Burdon & War, right?
And I don’t think the title was given for JB11–“Don’t Try to Lay No Boogie-Woogie on the King of Rock & Roll” by Long John Baldry (or Bald John Laundry).
Nitpick: JB15 isn’t really an intro to “Fire,” it’s the last lines of the previous track on the album, “Fire Poem.”
