So this morning I was watching trains on a live webcam when something or someone unusual got off the train.
Here’s the video. Go to 11:57:40 and pay attention to the open door closest to the camera.
Who or what gets off the train with the man and ambles down the platform with him?

Looks like a bird that could be a domestic turkey.

Ambles down the platform with him? It’s under his arm the whole way, right? And then the woman he meets pats the bird’s head in greeting, totally ignoring the man, so I assume it’s not dinner.
The only other possibility I considered was whether it’s a fluffy white dog, but in the first few seconds when the man is walking towards us and you see it head-on it sure looks like a turkey.

You don’t describe anything like what takes place at 11:57:40 starting from the doorway nearest the camera. There is nothing that looks like a fluffy white dog. No woman that he meets, And the man isn’t walking toward us.
Ah, you’re right - I had picked up on a guy 20 seconds earlier, coming out further back with some animal under his arm.
Hard to tell, but my first thought was that it was a person without legs wearing a backpack and walking on his hands. I found a video profile of a man named Rowdy Burton who walks that way. He he was born with a birth defect called sacral agenesis which required his legs to be amputated at a young age.
Definitely think it’s a legless person with a backpack, as bibliophage suggests. I saw a pic of someone like that on Twitter recently.
I don’t know if there’s a way to rewind more than 12 hours back, I’ve never tried.
