Anthrax buggering up the mail...

D’oh!

Can’t the USPS halt mail delivery until all mail in the system can be checked? I know that the letters carrying anthrax were delivered a few weeks ago, so it might be too late for that now, but they halted airline service for a few days and the world kept spinning.

I am waiting for three packages that should have been here last week, and the one package I did receive last week took 9 days to get here, and it was smashed to hell. :mad:

I think this was an X-Files episode.

Am I the only one who keeps reading this thread as "Anthracite buggering up the mail?" How about “Anthracite buggering up the mall”?

Yes, it was discovered Friday at the office of a Microsoft subsidiary here in Reno. Fortunately, there have been no infections stemming from this incident. But I am suffering from a sore shoulder as a result of telling my wife some inappropriate jokes:

I called Microsoft to get some anthrax. They said they were out of stock, but were expecting a case to come in shortly.

…and…

This is the first time that I can think of someone sending a virus to Microsoft, instead of the other way around.
