At one time, Quaker Oats had the greatest prize-in-the-cereal-box ever : actual china or glass wear.
From the late 19th Century to 1960, they included rather nice china or glass wear in each box.

Look for a guide to depression glass.Here’s a Warman’s guide, which is probably pretty good. Warman’s is a reference dealers use.
