Half a day…for this?. An off-topic weak-ass re-run personal attack?
Talk about sad.
Back to the real topic: I took a look at your trial app, otseng. I’ve got a 7 inch Galaxy Tab 2 with Android 4.0, and I can see where this could come in handy, time wise. Nobody is seriously suggesting that enabling posting would somehow “corrupt” the board, btw.
I’ve tried Tapatalk before. And there were so many problems with it I figured I might as well try to write something better. For starters, it doesn’t install to SD and they don’t plan on ever changing that. Also, I’m working on being able to display polls.
I just installed this. The version history claims to fix the Add Site issue on 4.0. I’m guessing that’s real time feedback.
I kinda like the app. I feel like the UI needs some tweaking, although I’m torn how. Screen real estate is precious on a phone, but I feel like the lists are a bit too…bland? I don’t know how to explain it.
That being said…it’s very usable. In fact, while playing with the app, I see the otseng posted that he thinks he fixed the 4.0 issue. I can see using this as a time killer while I’m waiting around in a doctor’s office, or whatever.
I also like the fact that I can jump to any page.
And it’s only crashed on my once so far…I did a long press on a message, and had it force close. I wasn’t able to duplicate the failure, though.
ETA: Any chance you want to recompile it for the Android Player for my Playbook? I’m told that it’s a real easy step.
