I’ve been using Windows 7 basic sticky note feature, which is pretty handy, but there’s one feature it lacks: being able to stay on top of every Window. I need something that doesn’t get lost behind other Windows when I shift focus to another.
Are there an ideally free programs you guys have found that can do this? (oh, and the stick note needs to be resizeable too)
