Any Dopers Have Experience with Garmin HRM/GPS and Training Peaks?

I’m having trouble uploading my data to the Training Peaks website. What’s the proper sequence, and does my HRM have to be docked to my laptop?

I meant to post this in IMHO. Can a friendly mod (or failing that, a surly one) move this?

Most of the surly Mods (except Czarcasm) are in GQ, so they’d have never seen your request.
Fortunately, you posted where the kindest Mods hang out. (I’m not sure where any friendly ones are–maybe the Pit?)
