Any Eagle scout dopers?

Class of '96 or so here. I think the question’s been covered, but I had to check in. I renovated a part of the local Girl Scout house for my project. I don’t know if it helped the community, but the local Girl Scouts were grateful

1992 Here. I cant add to the others comments. but have fun!! Enjoy and worry not!

I am a former den leader, cubmaster, pack committee chair, and now I’m the troop webmaster and sit on the troop committee. I’ve helped review a couple of proposed Eagle projects, but have not yet sat on an Eagle review board. The badge is an exercise in project planning, execution, and management. Show why you selected that project, what you learned in the process, how you planned and managed the project, what worked, what didn’t, what you would do differently, and how well or poorly the project succeeded. Documentation like pictures will help, but use them to support your case, not make it.

And congratulations!

BTW, I never did get my Eagle - I dropped out way, way too early. But I hear that BSA is instituting a program for those of us who didn’t make it the first time. Yup - I’m gonna earn my Bald Eagle badge.
