There was a scene where Bev told Roseanne she had sold her share of their restaurant, and the camera focused in on Leon just eating that sandwich. The audience went crazy, and Martin Mull just sat there, eating that sandwich, wiping his face with the napkin (obvious improv), and taking another bite. It’s so hard to describe, but I was laughing my ass off.
Finally, when the audience calmed down, he said “She just kept lowering the price. I couldn’t resist.”
