Well, we signed a contract on a house!! (a townhouse)
Assuming all goes according to plan, we’ll be moving in at the end of the month. A couple of things we’d like to do at the new place: add a deck and add a playhouse/swingset/thingie for Nicky. Anyone good at that type of thing want to offer advice?
