I’ve gone the last 2 years and as far as I’m concerned its the place to be for Halloween. It’s got the most amazing costumes ever, thousands of people, dancing, costume contests, etc. I’ts a very gay-friendly event too, so expect to see lots of guys in drag. They’ve even got a Most Convincing Female category in the costume contests, and I must admit some of those guys had me fooled! :eek:
Anyway, I hope, hope I’ll make it this year, but I’ve got a midterm the next day and a 5-7 page paper. If I’m able to get that stuff out of the way and throw a costume together, I’ll be there!
Any other Dopers go to the Ball? Anyone going this year? If so, what will you be dressed up as? Maybe I’ll spot you!
