Has anyone run across the straight dope on The Inflammation Factor of Foods?
Not really, but anecdotally I have a friend who swears that her arthritis and certain allergies have gotten better since she started avoiding whatever the family of plants is that has potatoes and tomatoes. Where she heard about it I have no idea but she started this about 5 years ago.
