Brought to mind by Paul Ryan’s easy win yesterday over Trump fan Paul Nehlen yesterday.
Trump’s nomination would SEEM to suggest the Republican party has gone nuts. And yet I see no indication that Trump fans are ousting veteran Republican Senators or Congressman in favor of nationalists and isolationist. It looks to me as if the “establishment” Republicans are winning with little or no difficulty. Which makes me wonder if Trump will leave much of a long-term impact if he loses.
Or if Congressional Republicans need fear any serious repercussions for dissing Trump.
