I’m thinking about taking Charter Communications up on their $100 for extended cable, high speed internet and phone service deal. Sounds good to me, actually. I’m familiar with the internet and cable services offered by Charter, but I’m kinda dubious about their phone service. Does anybody know what it’s like? Good quality transmission, etc.? 911 service? Long distance as well as local? Does it connect everywhere?
Obviously, Charter can answer these questions, but I’m more interested in hearing from actual people who don’t have an economic interest in the answer. What do you think of the phone service Charter offers?
