Now, Doctor Who, just what are they sayibg about me?
I got one, (Thank you Laurence!) and installed the software, but I can’t seem to get it to do much of anything. Every program I click on either says coming up or that program in unavailable right now.
Suggestions?
I tried it last night, but it ran like crap. I got several of those “unavailable” messages Rick mentioned, and the ones that actually ran has long pauses, and often ran with garbled audio.
I noticed other network issues last night, so it may have been my internet connection causing these issues.
Um. Can…I…youknow…get an invite too? It looks kinda fun.

Okay, so I won’t. I still want an invite anyways.
I have rebooted my computer, and still all I can get is either a coming up message, a channel unavailable, or a coming up followed by a channel unavailable message.
The interface looks cool, I will give them that.
You see that is the beauty of it. It doesn’t do anything.
It’s working OK here.
(But then I have the luxury of a T1 connection).

Works a lot better for me now, looks like maybe I was having network issues. Watched a lot of Ren and Stimpy this morning. Still had some problems, like the sound would get all stuttery, but that was often fixed by pausing and unpausing it. But sometimes it wasn’t, and I had to restart Joost.

I was gonna ask for one, but just checked gmail and it seems I forgot I signed up. Just got an email from joost saying I can do the beta now. Woot.
