I find that my very favorite way of eating Chex is to put the Chex in a bowl, and to put some cheese in it. Preferably grated cheddar, but slices of american will work if nothing else is available. Then it’s microwaved and eaten with a spoon.
Does anyone else do that?

Chex mix is also good on a peanut butter sandwich.
What I like to do is put that cheese you get in spray cans on donut holes.

I do something simlair with Fritos and hot sauce and chili powder and cheese…wicked good!
Why The Chicago Reader has not seen fit to publish a “Straight Dope Message Board” cookbook is beyond me! This board is gourmet all the way! 
I was doing that before microwave ovens were invented, doing it in the toaster oven.
Gotta be wheat chex, though.
