Sattua, I’m still up for the 31st, but I don’t know what’s going on there. If our illustrious planner is unable to plan it anymore, we’ll have to figure something else out. I don’t want to plan that one, because I really don’t know the city, and it just so happens that people are willing to come on Tuesday to a place I kind of know. Evanston is a place I’ve never even been.
So, could one of our other 31st dopers maybe step in and help us get that one off the ground? I know I’d appreciate it, and it looks like Sattua would as well. Probably BoyoJim can’t plan it either, as he also not a Evanston person, but will come down for it.

Absolutely. It was a real honest question, not a fish for an invite. I know kids can be a pain in the ass, and, much like household messes, your own are easier to tolerate than someone else’s. If anyone would rather have a kid free event, that’s totally fine. And if you don’t want to come off grinchy in the thread, just PM me with a “rather not, thanks all the same”, and there’ll be no hard feelings.
Me! Sans kidlet - I’ve already budgeted the babysitter for that one. 
Babies are fine with me, she’s got to be a way cool kid, given her exceptional Doper genes, right?

As far as WhyBaby goes, I would love to meet her! Who wouldn’t want to meet a little one who is bald and dyed blue? 
In all seriousness, it’s totally fine with me.
I lined up my sister to babysit, but if WhyBaby wants a friend to hang out with, I could bring my daughter along (they are about the same age). Does that sound like a good idea or a bad one? I’m going back & forth on it. 
I was never sure about the 31st…I’m going to try to come, but it’s so hard to plan anything in advance!
I’m still in for the 31st - I think dropzone was the first Suggestor. Evanston works great for me, but am willing to go anywhere near public transportation.
If it’s going to be on the smaller side, we could pick a smaller joint.
I’m out for the 31st. Son’s birthday (he’ll be 18) is the 25th, and graduation from HS is the 1st so the 31st of May will be his graduation/birthday surprise party.

Kids are cool, the last Dopefest at a Lenoas (Augusta and Damen) a few years back I brought my kids to and a good time was had by all.
I haven’t seen the back room of that place since I was a kid and it was called the Cheese Cellar. Or J.B. Winberrie’s. I’ll be there tonight for a bit, I’ll have to poke my head back there and check it out.
