No one, it’s not a state affair. Prince Charles wedding was a state affair because he’s heir to the throne. William is not the heir but second in line.

Kate is very pretty but her dress is too low cut. From the long angles all you can see is her cleavage. And William’s bald spot is the same way.
Someone didn’t plan very well for that. I mean the guy can’t help it but it’s kind of odd that from the very very long shots, you can pick William out of the hundreds of people.
BBC has an overhead shot that made my jaw drop.
