The IIHF World Championships are being held in Quebec City and Halifax this year, and being East Coast hockey fans my friend and I have tickets to three qualifying games and one exhibition game. And since our team is out of the playoffs, we get to see some of our favorites playing for Canada and the USA!
So, $480 later, we’ve got tickets to Canada vs. Slovenia, USA vs. Latvia and Canada vs. Latvia, all of which are held in Halifax, plus tickets to an exhibition game in Portland, Maine between USA and Sweden.
