Anyone here have a kid using MobyMax at school?

I am not seeing any kind of support forum for the product so… SDMB it is, I guess.

It seems like no matter how many problems my kid completes, the “problems completed” number for that subject does not update. I just checked myself by completing a bunch of problems myself, so I know it’s not that she’s claiming to have done them without having actually done them.

Do you know if it only updates sporadically for some reason? Or if there’s a trick to getting it to update? Or if I’m looking at the wrong field entirely?

My daughter does, and has seen the same problem occasionally. Beyond reporting it to the teacher, there’s nothing I’ve been able to figure out. I’ve told her to write down her answers as she does them, so if it doesn’t show up as complete she can just re-input the answers quickly.
