Anyone know the title of this horror film?

I woke up in the middle of the night and flipped on the tv until i could fall back asleep. I didn’t see either the beginning or the end.

There’s this killer in a leather mask and he’s taken a family hostage. There’s another guy who’s trapped in the house but the killer hasn’t captured him yet. The killer has all sorts of booby traps all over the house. Looked to be relatively recent.

Any clue?

I thought about one with Josh Stewart, but I’m not sure about leather mask.
Does Madeline Zima end up on a wall (literally)? The other guy was trapped in some kind of box, large suitcase maybe.

Might be ‘The Collector’.

“Leather mask,” “booby traps” and “trapped in a house” all make me think of People Under The Stairs with Ving Rhames and Everett McGill, but it’s not that recent. I think it was made in the 80s.
