Anyone playing Animal Crossing: New Horizon?

I’m looking for fruit! I have oranges, peaches, coconuts, and apples so far. Friend code is SW-1847-2621-2702

Also, if anyone is waiting to sell Turnips, according to online calculators I should have good prices (400ish) tomorrow or Friday. I’ll post a dodo code when I do.

I play while walking on my treadmill all the time.

I don’t have fruit today (yesterday was fruit day), but I could give you a cherry tree and a pear tree.

If anyone wants to unload turnips, the cranny is buying for 503 until noon central. Code is 43X2V. Follow the wooden path to the store.

Well I ended up getting one much easier than I expected. I asked the same question to a few friends, and an old friend had one. He said his eyes had gotten too bad, so he got upgraded to the classic, play-on the TV one, and it had been sitting around a month or two, and that I was welcome have it to try, and forward gift if it didn’t work for me on the treadmill.
He dropped it off, so I’m downloading and trying it out.

Somewhat related to Animal Crossing…does anyone have any experience with SD card issues on the Switch? I vaguely remember having to redownload an apparently corrupt update for another game sometime last year, but didn’t give it too much thought because I had no other issues after that. Suddenly, with the introduction of the wedding event, I’m getting game-crashing errors that only occur when the SD card is installed. I also have intermittent issues accessing the photo album (on the home screen). I’m planning to order a new card since I don’t have a spare to try; I’m hoping that fixes the problem.

I started playing in June. I got myself a Switch Lite for my birthday and downloaded the game. I’m working on getting the KK concert, and managed to bump my island up to 2 stars.

I have purple roses and black lilies out the wazoo, but I’m looking for fruit other than peaches and coconuts. Friend code is SW-0690-0344-3627.

I seem to have acquired a 5-star rating for my island, even though I’m one resident away from the maximum and I really don’t feel like I have a lot of ‘stuff’ out in the open. I do have loads of hybrid flowers though; maybe that counts for something? My island looks nothing like I would expect a 5-star island to look; I don’t have neat little trails or ‘streets’ like I’ve seen in most examples (although I do have several areas with paths), I don’t have a theme, and part of my island is overrun with weeds. Isabelle seems happy though, and she’s no longer claiming that residents are getting lost in the woods due to the number of trees, so that’s nice.

I have put a fair amount of time in, but I am not sure how to get a 5 star rating. My island is almost entirely overgrown by flowers, so there may eventually be a penalty for too many flowers.

However a couple day ago I finally got my first blue Rose.
