One toon per account, similar to Eve in that there are no levels and you can skill up anywhere you want to create totally unique classes, no class types/restrictions although race comes into play.

also its a total pvp game world with up to 10k players on a server and no zones/safe places. Gear is very secondary compared to skills for a change.
from the looks of it this game is right up my alley.

Having played it for the past week the best advise I can give you is wait 3 months and see if they get their shit together. It’s full of bugs, exploiters, and little in the way of implemented quests or features.
