Possibly from Russia. ‘OWWwowowowowowow…’ almost sounding like human speech. There was another video featuring the cat ‘dancing’…

I remember a ‘No, no, no, no, no!’ cat that didn’t say ‘O, Don Piano’ etc. Pretty much just ‘No, no, no!’ I’m not going to look for it though, since I can only take so much of cats being terrified.
