I have this pile of coins on my bedside table and I really don’t know what the heck to do with them. Throwing them away seems wasteful, even though none of them are worth much, even in a country where they’re valid currency.
I don’t really know what any of you would want with them either, but I just figured I’d ask. Making jewelry? Maybe your kid is a budding coin collector? I have no idea.
Anyway, they’re a mix of thirteen coins from the Philippines, Colombia, and India. I feel like if I did some cleaning, I might find some more.
This is truly a pointless thread. Thanks for existing, MPSIMS.
Got any little kids in the family? Whenever my son lost a tooth, we put a dollar or two under his pillow, and also a foreign coin. We told him that the tooth fairy must have come from (insert country of the coin here) the day before, and had a coin or two left over. He kept the collection for years, and used to take them out to show friends now and then.
Nope! I am a single person with no plans on children any time in the near future.
Cat Whisperer and dangermon, the coins will be on their way out tomorrow. I found another rupee while cleaning, so I have an even number at the moment.
