He doesnt have the votes in the Senate for that. Yes, the Dems have a narrow razor thin edge, but one or two Dem senators wanting to keep the status quo and tradition would torpedo that.

Unless those limitations were imposed to comply with a Federal statute or a treaty, they were Biden’s conditions* and I don’t see why he couldn’t revoke them.
*As best as I know, the limitation arose entirely from Biden’s caution, or in other words consideration of the political/diplomatic distinction between Ukraine using US-provided weapons to defend its territory and using them to attack Russia.
That’s what I was going to suggest. It’s pure spite but at this point, why not?
I asked questions about this and never got a really great answer but I am under the impression that funding to Israel is not in the form of a light switch that POTUS can turn on and off at will. Obama did it ten years ago but Israel knew it was coming and they were prepared for it. We can assume that remains true today.
I’d also say that post-October 7th, there was never a great moment for the Biden administration to abandon Israel in a manner that would give a political boost to Biden or Harris. Maybe after that aid convoy got blown up by “mistake” but that was a very narrow window of time.
And let’s not forget there needs to be a war in the Middle East or else how is Jesus supposed to come back? Jesus can only show up when there is a war on. Even God has to follow the rules. As does Biden, which is why there is still nothing he can do about this situation, adding to the sum total of nothing that he has accomplished on this file to date. The best thing he can do on this one is wash his hands of it and stop feeling bad about it. Trump said he could solve it in 24 hours. Good. Let him.
The problem I see with this is republicans would say dems opened the door to this and then just stack the court more when Trump takes office.
Frankly, at this point, Biden ought to do something akin to Desert Storm. He should give Putin a deadline of, say, November-30 to withdraw all forces from Ukraine. Any vatniks that remain in Ukraine past the deadline are fair game for all U.S. conventional forces, ala Saddam-Kuwait-1990.
December 1 through January 19 should be plenty of time for American forces to have fun with the drunkards. On January 20, freshly-inaugurated Trump can order U.S. forces to stand down if he pleases; enough damage would have been inflicted on Russian forces to make a decisive outcome in Ukraine.
(I realize there is zero chance of this happening, but since the OP is asking what Biden can do, I suggest.)
If I was Biden, that’s what I’d do, since it’s a lock now that there won’t be a woman actually elected any time soon.
That and the Ukraine thing. And I’d move to Europe. And double every civil servant’s wages, just so Trump has to take that away from them Day One. At least make Christmas a bonanza this year.
