APA style help needed

One of my profs assigned a paper and is requiring APA-style citations, which I’ve never used and which I have no clue how to use. What I need is to cite websites. No dead-tree books were harmed in the writing of my paper. Can someone familiar with APA style please help?

Note to mods: The paper itself is written, and I’m not asking for help for that. I just need help formatting the cites.

This is from a couple years ago, but as far as I know it hasnt’ changed.

Author (Year). Title. Journal. Volume (Issue). Retrieved date from url.
For example:

Here this will help. Link. That’s a link to the APA style. Main citation page has links to other styles too.

I agree with ** St. Urho**. At least, that’s how my published papers are cited so I’d better stick to it

Thanks!

This is the first paper I’ve had to write in APA style. I’m reasonably familiar with Chicago Manual of Style and managed to dodge the MLA bullet.

I’ve since learned that, from here on out, all my papers will have to be in APA, so I’m bookmarking the McMaster site.
