Apple Crisps

I have completely fallen in love with them!

They are baked not fried and very low in calories with no fat.

Do you have them in america and oz?

Is that a specific brand? I know in California we have a few items that are, at the very least, similar.

Basically a potato chip made out of apple.

In England there are several brands that make them.,Fruitabu being the main one, but there are others called Apple Crings and another make which i can’t think of the name of right now.

There is no potato in them but yes they do look like potato chips. I forgot you called Crisps Chips in the US.

Yes, we have apple chips here. For example, Bare Fruit brand.

In the U.S., ‘apple crisps’ are something entirely different. (Mmmm… Southern cooking!)

We have “apple chips” but unlike the ones the OP seems to be enjoying (and the ones I had as a kid) they are definitely fried because oil is one of the main ingredients. Blech. I dry apples myself with a dehydrator, and they taste pretty good.

The best apple chips are the Brothers brand which you can buy at CostCo. They are freeze dried, so they are light, crispy, and melt in your mouth.

This is what we call Apple Crisp in America, BTW
