You might have a point Meeko but I do know what 13 contains and it is by far the most valuable rule I’ve seen so far. So with what I do know about 9 and my knowledge about the value of 13 the lest I could go is a 2:1 swap. I am willing to drop one of the rules for a penny or both for a quarter. Now you know exactly where I’m coming from.

Look at the rule 8 that was published. Or, well, since Meeko put it up earlier…If you gather at least 5 ‘quarters’, then you will get a bonus equal to 25% of the original base value of your entire portfolio.
