I will admit to playing both sides of the street here. In Haggle.
And it is getting tiring, and confusing. 
And the 60 second buffer is not helping, AT ALL.

I think NAF has won. I had a chance at some point of the mid-game, but I think that the auction won’t push me anywhere near the lead, now.
I’m open to it, I guess.

Yeah, it’s odd that the dead chicken kept his copy.
I was right all along, he wasnt playing Haggle. He had no clue what he was getting into.
But then again, I guess chickens will remain COCKy.
Well, I think JSG was being a cool guy about Rule 16. He knew only he and I have seen it or had it, and he knows how important it is.
I was actually glad he “dropped” it instead of handing it over. I was tempted to ask for it myself; in fact, I will.

So far, he’s said he isn’t at all. He thinks, like you do, that it relates to rule 4(canceling it I think), which doesn’t matter to him for some reason.
I’m confused by everyone’s interpretation/deduction/guessing about Rule 16, honestly.
