1. I can’t give you second hand info. Otherwise I Would tell you 17, for free at this point.

2. Rule 17 is the MAGIC KEY. A player who must not be named Abandoned the game with the key. The ONE RULE needed to this game just sat out of play, to most people for a MAJORTIY of the game.**

I hope future games of haggle fix both of these problems.

Another reason why this rule set was not the best.
