I find sexuality can best be described as a continuum from pure heterosexual to pure homosexual. Eacy individual is somewhere on that continuum (and it’s not a bell curve). So you can have, purely heterosexual, heterosexual with rare homosexual fantasies, heterosexual with occasional homosexual fantasies, heterosexual who once tried homosexuality and decided it was a bad idea, etc.
I doubt there’s any real difference between men and women as to the numbers along the continuum. However, there are very strong societal taboos against male homosexuality that aren’t as strong against female homosexuality. A hetero man who finds the idea of two men in bed together disgusting might be very interested in two women doing the same thing. Because of the taboo, a male is less likely to just give homosexuality a try.
A woman, OTOH, could try things out without as much fear. That may account for the difference.
As I recall, men are more likely to attack strangers, while women are more likely to form friendships. Women tend to be more adept at social interactions (of which sex is a subset - ). - MC

I think bisexuality is “in” right now so pretentious and insecure (usually young) people pretend to be bisexual when they may not be.
I think the idea of women being “more evolved” is, excuse me, hogwash. As a man I can appreciate the beauty of a male form without there being anything sexual in it.
A wise man (Woody Allen) once said, “Being bisexual doubles your chances of getting a date Saturday night.”
On another note, a lesbian lady I know told me that all women are lesbians. Some just don’t know it yet. Her motto: Once You Go Crack You Never Go Back
No. Bisexuals just can’t make a commitment. For myself I have never had so much as a same sex fantasy - it never occured to me - for me, as a lover of men, that would be more of a major turn off than anything else. I am stymied by some of the women men I know are attracted to, though. Almost every man I know thinks Jamie Leigh Curtis is one of the hottest things going. I just don’t get it. I should go start another topic on this.
