You get some pretty hot robots/androids in anime, e.g.,

Chii and Freya from Chobits

Mahoro from Mahromatic (She’s also a very powerful battle android)

and Nuku Nuku from All-purpose Cultural Catgirl Nuku Nuku (She has the brain of a cat, so perhaps doesn’t quite qualify as a robot)

And I’m too lazy to hunt down image links, but I know a fair portion of the Transformers fanbase get all hot 'n bothered over the elusively rare females.

Not Mahoro or Nuku Nuku: they are both extremely powerful battle androids, in spite of their appearances. But she doesn’t qualify, since the Major is a cyborg, not a robot.

It’s not just you. Actually, the Gina version of 6 looked a lot more “normal”, and I thought she was definitely hotter than Caprica/peroxide 6. Not to say Caprica 6 isn’t smokin’ herself.
