The Every Breath You Bake?
The Foo Fighters dislike their album One by One, and Dave Grohl has said that “Four of the songs were good, and the other seven I never played again in my life. We rushed into it, and we rushed out of it.” ( from Foo Fighters - Wikipedia)
I understand that Sheryl Crow thinks “All I Wanna Do” is a really lame song, and never expected it to be released as a single, let alone be her first (and still defining, probably) big hit.
She’s right, too- the song sucks.
I really hope the “The Police” regrets making “Mother” and burnt the master tapes.
Of course, I strongly suspect there would have been much less misinterpretation if anybody had been able to understand a word he was saying 
Seriously, what does he expect when the only intelligible line is “Boooooorn in the USA!”, which is then repeated ad nauseum until that one line is drilled into everybody’s head and becomes the only part of the song they remember?
As a standup comedian I once heard put it, “Bruce yells everything, and mumbles everything else.”
